		<description>Acknowledgement of your work to organize and participate in Rutland Town&#039;s birthday celebration is due from the Association as well. Thanks to Elaine Purdy (for organizing) and Jim Rowe (for participating) so that this event was of benefit to all. 
Very nice of the Rutland Town Committee to take the time to extend their thanks in such a personal way.
