This video short was compiled by Barry Griffith, Vice President of the CPRA and presented to the Clarendon Historical Society last May. There is no audio track, so read and enjoy.
Barry’s thorough research has been of great benefit to the CPRA. He has lead numerous hikes along the Old Military Road over the years and his research on Lieutenant John Small, which can be found as a Featured Biography on the History page of this website, is worthy of publication for a much larger audience than we can reach.
Finally, we thank the Historical Society of Clarendon for their common interest in the Crown Point Military Road and for the hospitality that they have extended to the Crown Point Road Association in sharing this history.
